Ashish Kumar Jain is a graduate in Commerce and Law and is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries (FCS) of India having experience of more than 10 years in Secretarial, Corporate Law and legal matters. He/She is well exposed in drafting of various legal documents, agreements, petitions and applications, and liaisoning/coordinating with various government agencies viz. Ministry of Company Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Company Law Board, Reserve Bank of India, SEBI, Ministry of Home Affairs, Official Liquidator, Regional Director (North) and Trade Mark Authorities.

Devendra S Varma is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Masters in Commerce. He has got rich experience in Corporate Laws, Legal drafting & Compliance, Secretarial matters, HR & Administration. Initially he has served the Corporate sector for more than 10 years at various positions in corporate ladder including as Company Secretary, HR and Legal Head.
